Dr. Hannah Grushkowsky, Nurse Practitioner, is nationally dual-board certified in Adult-Gerontology and Family Practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Dr. Grushkowsky graduated with honors from University of San Diego with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), the highest level of advanced practice nursing degree.
